Yes. CloudZen uses natural incense and LED light, and the incense sits on a heat-resistant, flame-retardant pad inside. It's actually designed with indoor spaces as the primary recommended setting.

You can use standard-size incense sticks—CloudZen is compatible with most commonly available ones. From our own experience, we recommend natural-ingredient incense from brands like GENTLE HABITS, inflowence, ICHIKO ICHIE and HAKURO

A single stick usually lasts around 8–15 minutes, depending on the type and size.

Unlikely. CloudZen produces a light stream of incense smoke-similar to burning a regular incense stick at home. As with any incense, we suggest using it in a well-ventilated room for the most comfortable experience.

Absolutely. The sculptural module works beautifully on its own as a calming ambient light.

Almost none. CloudZen operates silently with no motors or pumps, so it won’t disturb your meditation or quiet moments.

The centerpiece is designed to be easily interchangeable. Just lift and swap–it’s tool-free.

Made from safe, non-toxic plaster like a sculpture, CloudZen is safe to have at home. But as with any delicate art piece, it may break if knocked over—so it’s best kept out of reach of children and pets.

This is normal and a beautiful sign of time. Just like a teacup gradually takes on color from tea, your CloudZen slowly absorbs the incense aroma, becoming more infused and personal with each use.
